Organizations will be exhibiting in Pecatu Hall within the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) throughout the conference.

The list of exhibit booth assignments is now available.

The Exhibit Hall will be open to visitors during the following hours:
Monday, 25 January: 18:30 – 20:00
Tuesday, 26 January: 10:00 – 18:15
Wednesday, 27 January: 10:00 – 18:15
Thursday, 28 January: 10:00 – 13:20

Additionally, a new feature of the ICFP called the Marketplace of Ideas will provide innovators, thinkers, and doers the opportunity to spend 15 minutes sharing an idea, onstage in the center of the Exhibit Hall. To view the list of Marketplace of Ideas presenters, click here.

Shipping

If items were shipped for the November 2015 conference dates, the items are at BNDCC 2, regardless of whether they were sent to the Westin, BNDCC or through Vissasa. Exhibitors can pick up their items or ask the staff at BNDCC 2 to move them to the desired location.

If items were shipped for the January 2016 conference dates to the Westin, then the items can be picked up at the Westin. If items were shipped for the January dates to BNDCC or through Vissasa, they will be available for pickup at BNDCC 2.

Exhibit Booth Options
*No additional exhibit booth sign-ups are being taken at this time.

1. Standard Shell Scheme Booth
Three-sided booth (3m wide x 2.5m deep x 2.5m tall)

Includes the following:
Company
Name board: Fascia panel, max 26 letters.
Electricity: 2 40-watt fluorescent lights units, 2 AMP 1 Phase MCB and Socket.
Other Equipment: carpet, one information counter, two folding chairs, one wastepaper bin.

2. Special Design Stand (Space Only)

This option is for an empty space in the exhibit hall for organizations to construct their own booth. It does not include the booth or any of the items that come with the Standard Shell Scheme Booth.

Each organization will receive two passes per booth for staff members to enter the Exhibit Hall free of charge. If they wish to attend other conference events, they must register for the conference.
