Invitation letters are accessible in your registration profile. Please print your letter for use in obtaining your visa on arrival.

For those who submitted their materials to obtain a Conditional Visa on Arrival by 8 January, Letters of Guarantee (LOGs) and immigration letters are now available for download in your registration profile. 

If you do not see your list on the LOG for your country and you submitted your materials by 8 January, please contact us immediately for an alternative option.

If you plan to attend the ICFP in January 2016 and were registered for the 2015 ICFP, your 2015 conference registration fee will be applied for the new conference dates automatically.
If attending the 2016 ICFP please log in to download the new 2016 invitation letter.

If your registration is still pending and you have already sent payment via a wire transfer, we are still processing it. If you plan to attend the 2016 ICFP, once we receive your payment your registration will be complete.

Registration fees:
Attendees from developing countries: $500 USD
Attendees from developed** countries: $600 USD
**You are considered from a developed country if you hold a passport from or live in a developed country. 

Terms & Conditions

  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
  • 80% of registration fees will be refunded until 19 January 2016; after 19 January, no refunds will be given.
  • 100% of registration fees will be refunded if the conference is cancelled.
