Visas

This page is also available in French.

All visitors to Indonesia are required to possess a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the date of entry into the territory of Indonesia. Passports must contain at least two blank visa pages. The “amendment” and “endorsement” pages at the back of the passport do not generally count as blank pages and cannot be used for visa and stamp for entry permit purposes.

National Secretariat of International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP)

There are three types of visa arrangements. Detailed instructions about each can be found below.

  1. Conditional Visa on Arrival
  2. Visa on Arrival
  3. Visa-free Entry

Diplomatic or Official/Service Passport Holders can qualify for visa exemption—please see the bottom of this page.

Everyone attending the conference should bring with them a copy of their invitation letter and conference invoice which can be downloaded from delegates registration profiles.

  1. Conditional Visa on Arrival

Nationals from the below countries will need a Conditional Visa on Arrival from the National Steering Committee (NSC) of the ICFP. To receive a Conditional Visa on Arrival you must have sent a copy of your passport picture page and signature page, a copy of your itinerary, and your ICFP letter of invitation to the NSC by 8 of January 2016. Letters of Guarantee (LOG) and an Immigration Letter are now available for download through delegate registration profiles.

If you do not see your name on the LoG for your country, please email us immediately for an alternative option if you submitted your required items prior to 8 January.

A Conditional Visa on Arrival is subject to a $35 fee (USD, Euros, and Rupiah are accepted), payable by cash on arrival. Money exchange and banking services are available next to the Visa on Arrival desk in the airport arrivals area, for those who need to exchange money to pay the fee.

There will be a 2016 ICFP hospitality desk at the Denpasar (DPS) airports. If you have any trouble getting your Visa on Arrival or Conditional Visa on Arrival, please go to this desk.
